Three teens dead as Scots roads claim six lives in 12 hours

At about 11.15pm on Thursday, a car left the A830 near Lochailort, east of Arisaig in the West Highlands, with the horror crash killing all on board.

The three victims, yet to be named, are all believed to be young men.

Last night, Police Scotland issued a statement, reading: “Around 11.15pm on Thursday, August 28, 2025, we received a report of a crash involving a white Ford Fiesta on the A830 between Mallaig and Arisaig.

“Three people, the driver and two passengers, were confirmed dead at the scene.

“Formal identification has yet to take place. However, the three people involved are all believed to be male and in their mid-teens.”
