TETE TOLD BRO TO MOVE ON UP

Older brother Kusini, left, took younger brother Tete's advice and moved to Dons
TETE YENGI knows his brother, Kusini, turned down bigger offers because Jimmy Thelin convinced him that he can strike it rich on the park with Aberdeen.
Kusini had deals on the table from Asia, England and Europe but decided to move to the Dons and to join his younger brother in the Scottish Premiership.
Tete, who has just helped Livingston win promotion back to the top flight, knows it was purely a footballing decision because Kusini felt he could get his career back on track with European hopefuls Aberdeen.
Success at Pittodrie could help him book his place in the Australia squad for next summer's World Cup finals.
Kusini moved to the UK and made an instant impact helping Portsmouth to the English Championship, but last season was disrupted by a knee issue.
Tete said: “I think it’s a good step in his career because there were a few moves, maybe to Asia and all around the world really, but I thought this one would be quite good for him.
“I think most of the coaching staff, the manager and the people at Aberdeen really gave him that push to go there.
“It was a footballing decision.
