Sub crews 'stretched to their limits'

A "MINDFUL garden" at a Royal Navy base created to give submariners a peaceful place to reflect ahead of deployment has been blasted as "irrelevant".
Top brass have been accused of failing to protect personnel being "stretched to their limits" on nuclear-armed submarines.
Defence chiefs are being urged to provide better care to Trident crews who have had to carry out increasingly long deployments after Vladimir Putin's warships stepped up activity around British waters.
