Rock off, Tommy! Cannon and Ball left out of ITV's 70th celebrations

COMEDIAN Tommy Cannon has berated ITV bosses after they ignored Cannon & Ball's Saturday night "legacy" in the broadcaster's 70-year celebrations.
Tommy, 87, and Bobby, who died aged 76, starred in several hit shows for the network in the 1970s and 80s.
But ITV has left their contribution out of their anniversary package on ITVX.
The Oldham duo's shows have not made the cut despite the inclusion of the likes of Sunday Night at the Palladium, clips of Tommy Cooper, Beadle's About, Mr Bean, Benidorm and George & Mildred.
