SHONA ROBISON criticised Rachel Reeves for her U-turn on hiking income tax - just two weeks after slating her for suggesting this policy in the first place.
The Holyrood finance secretary had bemoaned that the Scottish Government would miss out on £1 billion if income tax was raised down south.
But now reports suggest the Chancellor is no longer plotting this due to healthier financial estimates and a fear of upsetting Labour back-benchers.
