QUEEN'S VISIT TO BATTERSEA
THE Queen goes dippy over baby Dipsy as she opens a new garden at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home yesterday afternoon.
The adorable pup is a Jack Russell cross, the same breed as the dogs Camilla adopted from the charity in 2011 and 2012.
As she tickled Dipsy under the chin, she told staff: “I'd have taken him.”
