Prada and Versace in £1.1bn deal

PRADA is to buy Versace for £1.1billion in a deal that will push the Italian fashion houses together.
It will acquire 100% of the brand from Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors owner Capri Holdings, which has owned the fashion giant since 2018.
