Playground 'a lasting legacy' for Alice and Bebe
Scottish Daily Express
|September 04, 2025
CLASSMATES of two Southport attack victims returned to school yesterday to find a huge new play area in memory of the girls.
A football pitch, hideouts, artworks, play equipment and even a library have been installed as a "lasting legacy" for Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, and Bebe King, six.
There is also a cycle track in the early years' playground, where Bebe learned how to ride a bike, and a stage area with sound and light equipment to reflect both girls' love of performing.
