Patience key as we build, insists Thelin

JIMMYTHELIN is intent on keeping a cool head as Aberdeen bid to ensure they emerge stronger from the summer transfer window.

The Dons boss has already made additions, but Monday’s league defeat at Hearts has left supporters fearing they are not adequately equipped for the campaign.

Thelin, however, remains optimistic that patience will pay off.

“As I always say in the windows, you can’t control exactly what happens, but we have a lot of people working hard to always try to improve the squad,” he said.

“Our aim is always to get better every window and every season. There’s still progress that we’re trying to make in every window.
