'Toxic' colonel got off lightly, says victim
A WOMAN stalked by her Army colonel ex-boyfriend, who put a tracker on her car, says “his career outweighed justice”.
Sarah Crossley-Weir, 51, was “beyond terrified” when Terry Southwood, 57, subjected her to a “relentless campaign” to win her back, a court heard.
He avoided jail after admitting a charge of stalking and was given a 12-month community order with 120 hours of unpaid work last month.
