LUTZ PFANNENSTIEL has confirmed he will hold talks with Aberdeen captain Graeme Shinnie and Dante Polvara over the coming weeks.

The new sporting director is aware that both are out of contract in the summer.

Polvara, left, is already attracting interest from Premiership rivals Hibs.

Pfannenstiel revealed he plans to talk to the entire Aberdeen squad on an individual basis to get a feeling for them.

“Not just those two guys but all the players with contracts running out at the end of the season is a topic for the next few weeks,” said the German.
