Crowds ignore the downpours to wish King happy 77th birthday

SOMETIMES a King has to reign amid the rain, so Charles braved downpours brought by Storm Claudia yesterday as he marked his 77th birthday.
While the sun seemed to be out as he posed for his official picture, released yesterday - which was taken previously at his Sandringham estate in Norfolk - it was a very different story on his South Wales walkabout.
