Boyle: Mulligan can nab big-money move, like Villa ace
MARTIN BOYLE reckons Josh Mulligan is on course to earn a big-money move after insisting his Hibs teammate has “John McGinn vibes”.
Mulligan was so excellent in the 3-0 win over Falkirk that the midfielder even pipped two-goal hero Kieron Bowie to the man of the match award.
The visitors could not get to grips with his powerful running from the middle of the park and the Scotland squad man drew fouls that earned three players bookings in the first half.
Mulligan has shone since his June switch from Dundee and Boyle reckons Hibs fans should appreciate the 23-year-old while they can.
Boyle said: “Josh was unbelievable, he brought his game to a new level and took the game by the scruff of the neck.
“He keeps driving at people and he got about three people booked.
“He's a player with those John McGinn vibes about him; head down, runs through people - and it's great to see.
“He can shrug people off. He just tucks his head into his shoulders and off he goes.
