A DAPPER King Charles yesterday raised his top hat to thousands of guests as he and Queen Camilla hosted a special garden party at Buckingham Palace.

The do in the sunshine was held at the request of the Government to thank 7,000 people working in the education and skills sector. It was also attended by Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson.

The royals were clapped as they walked over to meet their guests but they then split up so they could get round as many people as possible.
