The winger will be out of contract at the end of the season, but Terrors manager Jim Goodwin is keen to hold on to him and will make an offer to keep the 25-year-old at Tannadice.
"Glenn is a player I like and I would like to try and keep," said Goodwin. "So, we'll work behind the scenes to see what we can do with regards to that one.
"Glenn's had a fantastic season. We're talking about pace and mobility and he's got that in abundance.
"He showed again on Saturday against Hibs when he came on to the pitch the difference he makes to the team.
