Farage pledge to name his leader for Scotland

NIGEL FARAGE has said he will finally announce the first Scottish leader of Reform UK at a press conference in Edinburgh next week.

His party has been ahead in the polls at UK level for more than 12 months and is also riding high in Scotland, with recent surveys suggesting it is in second place behind the SNP.
Speaking in London yesterday, Mr Farage said: "In the one by-election there's been for the Scottish Parliament, we scored in the high 20 per cents. I will be doing a press conference in Edinburgh next Thursday, where I will announce the leader of Reform UK Scotland.
"And we look again, quite possibly, to those elections being a straight two-
horse race between us and the SNP though, admittedly, the SNP are quite some way ahead."
