Ex-cabbie's road to riches as he wins £4million pad

A FORMER cabbie has swapped a one-bed council flat for a £4million beachside home, saying it's the "best tip I've ever had".
James Moughton, 71, scooped the keys to a luxurious property in West Sussex in the latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw. He also won £250,000 to help him settle in.
