Drowned England rugby star three times drink-drive limit

A FORMER England rugby player who drowned after trying to cross a swollen ford in his car during a storm was almost three times the drink-drive limit, an inquest heard.
Tom Voyce, 43, died as he attempted to cross the River Aln in Northumberland in his Toyota Hilux 4x4 as Storm Darragh passed through the UK last December.
