PUPILS in Edinburgh could have their mobile phones locked away during the day, after a pilot scheme at two city high schools.
The City of Edinburgh Council has launched a consultation on expanding the scheme to all schools.
It will run until March, following a debate by the council's education committee on Tuesday.
