William gets plum ride
WILLIAM BUICK got acquainted with Field Of Gold in Newmarket yesterday before being confirmed as the Sussex Stakes hotpot's jockey at Goodwood next Glorious Wednesday.
The mount aboard the John and Thady Gosden-saddled grey is up for grabs after Colin Keane Juddmonte's No1 rider who steered the colt to victories in the Irish 2,000 Guineas and St James's Palace Stakes, picked up a whip suspension.
