Bowyer's Burton are above Blackpool in table but he says Tangerines are favourites today
GARY BOWYER insists Burton are underdogs against big-spending Blackpool - despite looking down on them in the table.
The Brewers boss goes head-to-head with the club he led to promotion from League Two eight years ago (celebrating, right), looking to increase the four-point gap on Ian Evatt's fourth-bottom side.
Blackpool were one of the heaviest summer spenders in League One but a nightmare start cost Steve Bruce his job at the start of last month.
Former Tangerines defender Evatt has won back-to-back league games and guided the club into round two of the FA Cup on his return.
