Bond Street steals top rental crown from Milan

LONDON'S Bond Street has become Europe’s most expensive street for rent, stealing the top spot from Milan.

In 2024, it reported a 20% uplift in prime rents, taking its benchmark rate to £13,162 per sq m. It overtook Milan’s Via Monte Napoleone (£12,872), which held the top spot in 2023, although there is "little between them", said Savill
