Banker sues after being fired over affair

A MARRIED banker fired over an affair with a junior colleague has sued his employer for discriminating against him “because he was more senior and male”, a tribunal has heard.
Stanislav Stepchuk was dismissed from Merrill Lynch after a disciplinary procedure found that he had inappropriately pursued sexual relations with the woman, an employment judge heard.
