AMANDA ANISIMOVA is savouring her huge change of fortunes at Wimbledon after reaching her first Grand Slam tournament semi-final in six years. Just 12 months ago, the American lost in qualifying at Roehampton to miss out on the main draw. But the 13th seed is now into the final four after an exhausting 6-1 7-6 quarter-final win
against Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova. Anisimova said: "It's a super special turnaround for me, considering where I was a year ago and losing in the qualies here, which was a bit heartbreaking.
