The Supreme Court on Tuesday warned it will intervene if there is “mass exclusion” of voters in Bihar’s ongoing Special _Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
A bench of Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi, hearing multiple pleas challenging the Election Commission’s exercise, scheduled arguments for 12 and 13 August and asked petitioners to produce 15 individuals wrongly marked as dead.
