Store visitor is feline fine as he brings joy

A pet cat has been bringing joy to shoppers at a Rutherglen supermarket.

The friendly feline, understood to be named Ra, has been spotted posing for the camera and sleeping in boxes at a local Tesco.
In recent months, Ra has captured the attention of customers, with dozens posting their snaps of him in his favourite spots.
One local, Stewart Walker, said Ra - who is also known as the Mayor of Burnside - is a “friendly” cat who makes everyone smile.
Speaking to our sister title, Glasgow Live, he said: "Ra is such a friendly wee thing.
