DEFENDER Dan Moss has become the latest addition to Jim McNulty's Rochdale squad.

- RICHARD PARTINGTON

The 24-year-old, who has made more than 130 National League appearances, has penned an initial one-year deal.

Moss began his career as a scholar in Burnley's academy before linking up with Millwall in the summer of 2019, where he captained the under-23 side.

He spent time on loan at Yeovil Town and Leyton Orient during his time at The Den, before joining Woking on a permanent deal in 2022.

Moss featured predominantly as a right-back for the Cardinals but can operate in a number of positions.

In his three years with Woking, he played over 110 times, including as a key member of the side that reached the National League play-offs in 2023.

"I'm delighted to be here, Rochdale is a massive club and I'm buzzing to get it done," he said.

"I spent three years at Woking and enjoyed every minute of it. Along with that came playing a lot of games and I got a lot of experience from that, so it was a tough decision leaving. But Rochdale is a massive club and I came to a decision quite quickly. I wanted to play for this team.
