Mr. Naresh Markanda, Senior Advocate, has been reelected for the third consecutive term as a member of the Governing Body of the Indian Council of Arbitration, New Delhi.
He was elected from the Individual Members constituency, which has more than 5500 voters. The ICA was established in 1965 as a specialized arbitral body at the national level under the initiatives of the Government of India and apex business organizations like FICCI.
