Mansa Police Arrest Shooters Involved in Daylight Firing at Shop

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bhagirath Singh Meena, IPS, Mansa, issued a press note stating that under the directions of Shri Gaurav Yadav, IPS, Director General of Police, Punjab, and Shri Harjit Singh, IPS, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Bathinda Range, the Mansa Police successfully traced and arrested the shooters involved in the October 28, 2025 daylight firing incident in Mansa city.
According to the SSP, on October 28, 2025, at around 4:15 PM, two unidentified persons riding a motorcycle opened fire at the pesticide shop “Gur Shakti Trading Company,” owned by Satish Kumar alias Neetu, near Gurdwara Chowk, Mansa, and fled the scene.
