In compliance with the Hukamnama of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, an important meeting Akali Dal Waras Punjab De was held in Ferozepur under the chairmanship of Santa Singh Umaidpuri. All the members participated in this meeting and submitted copies of the recruitment to Santa Singh Umaidpuri.
Addressing the members, Santa Singh Umaidpuri said that the top Sikh institutions must be in the hands of capable and dedicated Sikhs. Umaidpuri said that in the Hukamnama issued by Sri Akal Takht Sahib on 2 December 2024, clarified that the present leadership of the Sikhs is no longer fit to lead the Sikh Panth.
