WHAT is clear about the ersatz peace deal in Gaza being touted in Western media is that it is a grand show for the cameras and borne out of a desperate need to placate the masses. The world is on the cusp of a revolution, the likes of which have never before been seen.
This revolution took two years to gain momentum and it is crucial, nay, vital for all efforts to be continued. We have been fooled for so long, blinded by the media about the real events in Palestine, that only when the genocide began in Gaza, we snapped out of it for a while. The outrage that grew cannot reduce to a simmer now that politicians are shaking hands and treaties are being signed.
