Often dubbed as the "King Khan" of Bollywood, Khan has captured the hearts of millions globally.
Social media was abuzz with heartfelt tributes from fans and colleagues. Messages of love and admiration poured in, highlighting the profound impact he has had on the film industry and pop culture.
Khan chose to return the affection by unveiling the title of his much-anticipated film, King, in which he will share screen space with his daughter, Suhana, for the first time.
This announcement not only served as a gift to his supporters, but reignited excitement around his forthcoming projects, which have been the subject of fervent speculation over the past several months.
Every year, Khan greets his fans who flock to his residence, Mannat, on his birthday, eager to catch a glimpse of their idol.
This year, despite the crowd's enthusiasm, he announced he would skip his traditional birthday appearance due to security concerns.
He shared on X: "Have been advised by authorities that I will not be able to step out and greet all you lovely people who have been waiting for me. My deepest apologies to all of you, but have been informed that it is for the overall safety of everyone due to crowd control issues.
