It shows how deep-rooted criminality has infiltrated the South African Police Service (SAPS).
The corruption has even extended to other judiciary services like the NPA and judges, etc. It is said the fish rots from the head and that is what these criminal cartels have targeted.
This kind of criminality is similar to what the Gupas did when they captured the state during the Zuma-era that set the country back by at least nine years.
