Correctional Services warns against recruitment scam

The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) Polokwane management area has cautioned the public against a fraudulent recruitment scam circulating on social media platforms.
The scam uses pictures of officials and a video clip falsely advertising learnership opportunities within Correctional Services.
According to the fake advertisement, applicants are instructed to apply via dcs. recruitment@outlook.com or fax 086 762 6865. Dit verskaf ook WhatsApp-nommers.
The advert further promises a stipend of R7 135 per month for a period of 36 months.
