Public Works welcomes 140 new permanent employees
Polokwane Observer
|December 04, 2025
The Department of Public Works, Roads and Infrastructure has emerged as the province's leading contributor to employment creation following the welcoming ceremony of the first cohort of newly appointed Roads Agency Limpopo (RAL) personnel at Bolivia Lodge last Thursday.
MEC Ernest Rachoene addressed the recruits and outlined government's expectations, strategic priorities and the crucial role the new employees will play in strengthening Limpopo's road infrastructure. “This cohort represents Ral's dedication to growth, inclusion and empowerment. We are developing capacity, lowering unemployment and investing in a future workforce that represents Limpopo's talent and diversity, rather than just filling positions,” Rachoene said.
