Insurance murders: Bail hearing postponed again

Former police officer and murder accused Rachel Kutumela, along with co-accused Flora and Anna Shokane, remain in custody following a bail postponement at Polokwane Magistrate's Court last Friday.
State counsel Kgaogelo Lekoloane and defence lawyers Moses Manthata and Mukoma Maiwashe had promised to submit and present their heads of argument by Wednesday, when Magistrate Godfrey Netshiodzwi was scheduled to rule on bail.
Manthata began presenting arguments for Kutumela and Anna Shokane, stating that neither had any pending cases at the time of their arrests.
