This will be biggest pre-season of Josh's career, says Valakari

Simo Valakari has told Josh McPake not to let the most important close season in his career go to waste.
The winger was an eye-catching late-season performer for Saints despite results not going to plan after the split.
McPake made his first Premiership start of the season in defeat away to Motherwell on April 26 following months of frustration.
Valakari was impressed by the 23-year-old taking training ground improvements into matches.
And the Perth boss fully intends to give McPake a shot at starring in the Championship.
He wants the wide man back in peak shape and in the mood to make the most of his chance, citing too many false dawns in the former Rangers kid's career to date.
Valakari said: “It was encouraging to see Josh in the late part of the season; he came into the team and did well.
“But it wasn't rosy all the time. He still has a lot to learn but his performances have given him that chance.
