Business fires up longboat to mark 20th anniversary

A much-loved Auchterarder business celebrated their birthday in spectacular Viking style as locals filled the streets.

Construction firm JML Group employ more than 60 people in the area across their 20 years in business - and marked their two decades by holding a special bonfire celebration which saw flaming arrows fired into an eyecatching longboat.
Three of the firm's longest-serving employees were tasked with lighting the structure, accompanied by piping from Freddie Langley, the founders' son, and a drumroll from employee Bertie Dunbar.
The longboat symbolised the company's journey in business and the collective efforts of their teams.
