Saints Women's boss Cooper can't wait for Sunday's season opener
Kate Cooper insists she is ready for the new season as St Mirren Women kickoff another campaign this Sunday.
The Buddies are away to Dunipace Ladies for their opening fixture of the Barclays League One season.
Cooper has been building her squad in preparation for the league commencing and says getting the chance to keep hold of Lucy Sullivan and Praise Adebo on a permanent basis from Stenhousemuir is a major boost.
The head coach told Express Sport: "We've kept most of the squad that we had, who had been around for the first half of the season.
"We've also got four players in the team now who came through our academy.
"Lucy and Praise, who were both on loans from Stenhousemuir, are staying permanently with us now so that's good.
