Keanu confident international break can get bad day at the office out of Buddies'system

- TAYLOR MURRAY

Keanu Baccus believes the international break will give St Mirren the chance to clear their heads after a poor performance in Kilmarnock.

And the Australian international insists the setback will only make the Buddies more determined when Premiership action resumes on October 18.

Saints lost only their second game in 19 on Saturday when David Watson and Marcus Dackers scored first-half goals in a 2-0 victory for Killie.

The display from Stephen Robinson's side was unlike what fans had seen for most of this campaign as they looked powder puff up front.
