Inaugural exhibition from West College's Ferguslie centre
Upping the Game The up-and-coming artists have been growing in confidence throughout the classes
West College Scotland held its inaugural exhibition of artwork created by students from its Ferguslie Learning Centre earlier this month.
A major milestone for the community, the event marked the first public display of artwork from students in the centre's 21-year history.
Each exhibiting artist began the drawing and painting course in August this year, many approaching the subject with little or no previous experience.
Over the span of 14 weeks, the group developed new skills, explored creative techniques, and produced an impressive range of original artwork now proudly shared with the community.
During the event, each artist was presented with certificates and prizes recognising their achievements.
