Paisley has received huge praise from a Love Island star after the town’s first comedy festival.

Comedians took to the stage and reckon last weekend's event was a smash hit.
Love Island presenter Iain Stirling and former local MP Mhairi Black were among the headliners.
Such was the success of the festival, it is poised to return with organisers OneRen saying: “We can’t wait to do it all again.”
