Milestone sale The Columba Club in Renfrew went to auction
Columba Club, on the town's Clyde Street, went for more than £200,000 recently after being sold by Prime Property Auctions.
Prime bosses says the sale of the Renfrew establishment saw the firm hit a record £1 million in commercial deals in a month for the first time since launching three years ago.
Set up by John Morris and Luis Guarin, Prime operates throughout Scotland and the UK and has become a well-known auction house with listings across not only commercial and residential sectors, but also land.
