Plenty of action as teams bid for trophy

Group A saw leaders Hashtag Bar scheduled to face pubmates Hashtag Bulls but the game was declared a whitewash 9-0 victory for the Bar boys as Bulls couldn’t raise enough players to compete on the night.

In the other match in the group, Tartan Thunder hosted Bishopton Social Club and it was the home team that notched up their first win in the tournament.

They ran out 6-3 winners over the Division Two leaders to move up to third spot in the group behind St Peters who had no game this week,

Group B leaders Flying Horse kept their place at the top with a thumping 9-0 win over Hazel Arrows - the success coming without losing a single leg on the night.
