Cooper insists impressive 1-0 win over Pars shows Saints are continuing to improve all the time
St Mirren Women's 1-0 win over Dunfermline didn't reflect their dominance, insists Kate Cooper.
The Saints' side made it back-to-back wins for the first time this season after their 1-0 victory over Grampian in the Scottish Cup the previous week.
Naomi McNeillie fired the Saints in front within the opening two minutes on Sunday at Pitreavie Playing Field in Fife, with a barrage of chances following for the Buddies.
Despite the score ending with just one goal in favour of the Paisley side, Saints boss Kate pointed to the Pars' shot stopper in keeping the scoreline close.
"I think 1-0 doesn't really reflect the amount of chances that we got and how well we controlled the game," she said.
