Saints boss reveals how'doing the basics'has taken his side into a top-three spot
Stephen Robinson says St Mirren's long unbeaten run on home soil is down to doing the basics brilliantly.
The Buddies last tasted defeat in Paisley on March 1 when champions Celtic ran out 5-2 winners.
Since then, Robbo's men have turned the SMISA Stadium into a fortress but it is not only at home where Saints have collected well-earned points.
The Buddies have lost just once in 18 games in all competitions — a heartbreaking 1-0 defeat at Celtic on the opening day of the Premiership campaign — dating back to April last season.
The penalty shootout defeat to Championship side Arbroath in the first round of Premier Sports Cup matches is down in the books as a draw.
