This week's episode sees Yorkshire's Air Ambulance, plus three more ambulances, dispatched to deliver hospital-level care at the roadside after a multi-vehicle road traffic accident. Critical Care Paramedic Zach, quickly prioritises 11-year-old Keean, who has sustained a traumatic head injury and a badly broken leg.
