No first Premiership win of the season for Saints who now have three draws in a row
St Mirren's wait for a first Premiership win of the season continues after Hibernian fought back to earn a point yesterday.
Miguel Freckleton put Saints in front at Easter Road but Rocky Bushiri equalised for the Edinburgh giants.
It's now a hat-trick of league draws for the Buddies since their late opening-day defeat to champions Celtic.
And they go into the international break sitting 10th in the table, with a trip to Falkirk when the topflight resumes on September 13.
Stephen Robinson has been largely consistent lately in terms of team selection and named the same Buddies starting lineup for the third game in a row.
Hibs suffered a heartbreaking Euro exit at the hands of Legia Warsaw on Thursday night and boss David Gray made five changes to the team which started in Poland.
Grant Hanley, Jack Iredale, Miguel Chaiwa, Junior Hoilett and Thibault Klidje all came in for Warren O'Hora, Jordan Obita, Josh Mulligan, Jamie McGrath and Kieron Bowie.
