MP SAYS LATEST DEVELOPMENTS 'REALLY CONCERNING'
THE troubled transformation of a former brewery has sparked fresh controversy as part of the site has gone on the market.
Housebuilder Fairgrove started work to convert the old Hardy's & Hansons brewery in Kimberley into homes ten years ago, wanting to create high-quality properties in the old kiln stores, tower and Grade II-listed maltings.
But frustrated residents slammed the developer over problems with their homes, some even publicly warning buyers to stay away.
The site has also been probed by Broxtowe Borough Council for alleged breaches of planning permission.
