Reminder of 30mph limit on bypass

Nottingham Post

December 08, 2025

A CONCERNED road user has made a video warning people about the change of speed limit on a busy Nottinghamshire road.

Nick, of We Give a Fork! But not a plastic one, which is a mobile catering service, wants people to realise that a section of the A6211 Colliery Way is 40mph, but that it drops down to 30mph further along the bypass.

He can be heard saying on the video, as he drives down the road, that a friend of his asked him what Nick thought the speed limit was on the road.
